This compressor has been totally rebuilt to be a quality replacement for your broken down pump. I have used them with 3 HP to 7.5. My last 242 broke down after 35 years of great service.

I tried to find a replacement for it but. Only got worn out units that frustrated me. So I decided to do my own rebuild using my mechanical experience and. Built a great one but in the process I figured others might have the same problem so I rebuilt all the replacement ones I. This has all rebuilt and replacement parts.

The air filter/silencer is new. Set it up it can produce from 12 to 19 CFM. PLEASE take careful note that a rebuilt unit needs to be broken in correctly. Oil and run for at least 20 min with all valves open. To prevent pressure build up. After running drain the oil and replace with new oil. Turn it back on, close the valves and your up and working. Be sure and check the oil level often to be safe. Weight is 218 lbs, 29" high, 27" wide & 18 deep.

I will assist loading it on your vehicle or the shippers truck with a fork lift. Item also listed locally so it may disappear from here.
