This compressor is a model A-4, part of the QR-25 series of single-stage, reciprocating compressors, and was manufactured sometime between the 1950s-1980s. This compressor is missing the power cord and the copper line running from the pump to the tank. Also, the tank has not been hydrotested. Although this compressor is at least 30+ years old, if you are familiar with Quincy air compressors you know that they are built to last, and the QR-25 series compressors are particularly heavy-duty.
